Power Health Vitamin C powder offers a powerful and convenient way of taking high doses of vitamin C and is perfect to add Vitamin C to your smoothies or baking.
- Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid).
- 3000mg of vitamin C per teaspoon
- A convenient way to take high doses of vitamin C
As a food supplement: One level teaspoon in a glass of fruit juice per day. As an additive in bread making: Use 0.5g (1/10th level teaspoon) per 450g white flour and 1g (1/5th level teaspoon) per 450g wholemeal flour.
- One level 5ml teaspoon will provide on average 3000mg of Vitamin C which is 3750% of the Reference Intake
- Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
