O.R.S Hydration Tablets Adults & Children 12 Strawberry Flavour Soluble Tablets
O.R.S. is a soluble tablet that contains a scientifically balanced formula of glucose, electrolytes and essential minerals which when added to water may be used to replenish the body's water & electrolytes and thereby help to maintain a healthy fluid balance in children and adults. Soluble oral hydration tablets are especially suited to compensate for the lack of minerals, electrolytes and glucose.

Keep out of the sight and reach of young children.
To prepare the solution, add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).
Adults and children aged 6 years and over: Drink 200ml (2 tablets) of solution each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained.
Children aged 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained. Give the required amount in small sips.
Adults sports use: 1-2 tablets per 500ml water, consume during and after exercise
